Andy T. Tran was born and raised in Houston, TX. Interested in becoming an computer engineer, he graduated from I.H. Kempner High School in 2002 and moved to Austin, TX to study electrical engineering at The University of Texas. He quickly found it wasn't his cup of tea, and instead graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics in 2006. Andy caught the acting bug in 2008 when he landed his first gig as a sketch comedy player. From 2008-2011, he lived and worked in Austin as a Texas regional actor. There, he worked on several films, commercials, and sketch comedy performances. Andy now resides in Los Angeles, CA, continuing to pursue his film career as an actor, writer, and producer.
